OTTAWA -- Ms. Anaïra Dufresne attended De La Salle High School where she excelled as an A student. She volunteered as a reporter, graphic artist and a member of the technical team. Anaïra was also a volunteer tutor for younger students. She did some work with the
seniors at St. Louis residence in order to familiarize herself with the health environment. According to one of her teachers, Anaïra has demonstrated initiative and autonomy in her studies. In September, she is going to study biomedical Sciences at the University of Ottawa with the intention of later attending Medical school.
OTTAWA --Mr. Jimmy Ngandu attended Deslauriers High School. According to one of his teachers, Jimmy is an intelligent and respectful young man who distinguishes himself by his liveliness. He did volunteer work at St-
Vincent Hospital for many years. His extra curricular activities include basketball, the creation of an art mural and hosting services at the Sciences Expo. Jimmy’s school achievements brought him to present his project at Richelieu-Vanier Community centre. In
September, he is going to study biomedical mechanical Engineering
at the University of Ottawa. Jimmy intends to work in the field of
International development.
