BCSF has adopted and adheres to stringent security standards designed to protect your personal information.
Any personal information gathered/given to BCSF by applicants during the application and selection process for the yearly bursaries is kept in strict confidence.
Bursaries are awarded by BCSF and distributed through the Ottawa Community Foundation (OCF), as such information that will be provided to OCF for the successful candidates will be limited to the following:
The BCSF will not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.
We maintain and use your personal information in the strictest of confidence and only for the purposes of evaluating your application and transferring bursary dollars to the intended post secondary school institution of the successful applicants. To this end BCSF has privacy policies and procedures that are followed by all members of the evaluation and selection committees.
We require your consent before we use your name and/or photos on our website or in any promotional material as is indicated on our bursary application forms.
